What you share
Vertex City LLC collects your email, the date you joined, your consent to launch and availability emails, and a broad source such as Instagram. Joining does not create a Rally app account. We do not sell your email or use it for third-party advertising.
Why we collect it
We use your email to maintain Rally’s waiting list and contact you about launch and availability. Your opt-in is voluntary. No emails are sent automatically by this form. Any future email campaign must include a way to unsubscribe.
Visit counts
We count visible waiting-list page loads and new waiting-list entries by day and broad source. Refreshes can count again; these totals do not represent unique people, Instagram’s exact link taps, app downloads or installs. We do not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies or cross-site identifiers. We do not store full referring URLs or arbitrary campaign query strings.
Storage and protection
Vercel hosts the website and Supabase handles the form and database. Their infrastructure may process technical request metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service, potentially outside your country. Rally stores a daily keyed hash derived from your IP to limit abuse; it changes each day and is deleted on the next daily cleanup after that day ends. Email addresses and reports are not publicly readable.
Retention and your choices
Waiting-list entries are automatically deleted after 180 days, and aggregate daily totals after 365 days, during daily cleanup. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention schedules. To leave the list, request access, correct your email, or ask for deletion earlier, email luije87@gmail.com from the address you used. We will stop future waiting-list emails when you withdraw consent. See the app Privacy Policy for Vertex City’s details and privacy rights.
