01 About Rally
Rally is a sports and friendship app for adults aged 18 and over, operated by Vertex City LLC. By creating or continuing to use an account after accepting these terms, you agree to these rules. Rally offers an optional Rally Plus subscription. Rally does not book venues or collect payments between members.
02 Rally Plus subscriptions
Rally Plus provides advanced discovery filters, Undo Pass, Travel Mode, saved searches and game alerts. Basic discovery, likes, matching, messaging, game coordination and safety remain free. Monthly and annual auto-renewable plans provide the same Plus features; the annual plan is charged for one year upfront. The price, currency and billing period shown by Apple before confirmation apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Deleting your Rally account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the paywall and Rally Plus settings, using the original Rally and Apple accounts. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rally Plus is initially offered in Australia; availability may vary by storefront.
03 Your account
Use accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and only use your own account. Never share a verification code. A phone verification confirms access to a number; it does not establish a person’s identity or guarantee their conduct.
04 Respect the community
Treat people with respect. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, send unwanted sexual content, promote scams, or share someone else’s personal information without permission. Use Rally for lawful sports and friendship connections.
05 Your photos and content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Vertex City LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, transmit, format and display that content only as needed to operate Rally, show it to the audiences selected by app access controls, secure the service and review safety concerns. We may use the service providers described in the Privacy Policy for those purposes. This permission does not authorize selling your content or using your profile photos to train AI models. It ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited safety or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy and copies already lawfully received by other members. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not post private information about others, sexual content, threats, harassment, scams or illegal material.
06 Meeting and playing
Choose public meeting places, tell someone your plans, and decide whether an activity suits your abilities. Members arrange their own participation. A game invitation is not a venue booking, payment confirmation, or assurance of another member’s suitability.
07 Safety and account restrictions
Use in-app block and report controls for harmful conduct; reporting does not automatically block someone. Profile photos are screened before becoming available to other members. Automated screening can make mistakes: uncertain or flagged photos are held for authorized human review. We may remove content or restrict an account for safety, unlawful use or breaches of these terms. We aim to assess serious reports within 24 hours and routine reports within 72 hours. The support mailbox is checked daily; these are targets, not continuous monitoring guarantees. Unblocking or reinstatement does not reopen old matches. Rally is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
08 Appealing a decision
Use Privacy & Safety in the app to appeal a suspension within 30 days of the decision. Our target is review within 7 days, independently where another reviewer is available. Decisions must not disclose reporter identities or private evidence. Contact support at luije87@gmail.com.
09 Leaving Rally
Use Delete account in Account settings. Deletion is intended to hide your account promptly and remove ordinary account data from active systems within 30 days, usually sooner. Failed operations are retried. Shared conversations, including another participant’s messages, and games you organize may also be removed. Selected safety evidence is retained separately for the limited periods in the Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot remove copies another person has made or guarantee immediate erasure from provider backups.
10 Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Rally does not guarantee another member’s identity, conduct, attendance or suitability, continuous availability, or an injury-free activity. Our responsibility is determined by applicable law; these terms do not impose a compulsory arbitration clause, a blanket injury waiver or an exclusive foreign court requirement. For a complaint, contact luije87@gmail.com with enough information to investigate. This does not limit your right to approach a regulator or a court with jurisdiction. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or a verified contact method and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. Urgent safety or legal changes may take effect sooner with an explanation. You may stop using Rally and delete your account.
