How do I delete my account?
In Rally, open your profile’s Account settings and choose Delete account. Review the confirmation carefully: deletion is permanent. Ordinary active-system data is targeted for removal within 30 days, usually sooner; selected safety evidence may remain for the published investigation period. If you cannot access your account, email luije87@gmail.com for help.
How do I report unwanted contact?
Use the block or report action where available in Rally’s connection or conversation controls. Block to stop contact with that person. Don’t include verification codes or unnecessary personal information in a report.
Can someone help with an urgent safety concern?
Rally is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. When meeting someone new, choose a public place and tell someone you trust about your plans.
How do I make a privacy request?
You can edit supported profile fields and access account deletion in the app. Email luije87@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion questions and privacy complaints.
How can I appeal a suspension?
Use Privacy & Safety in Rally to submit an appeal within 30 days of the decision. Our target is review within 7 days. Contact luije87@gmail.com for support.
Are the legal documents final?
Yes. Vertex City LLC approved the Terms and Privacy Policy published on 23 October 2026. Rally is in controlled testing. Published policy acknowledgements and automated photo checks are enabled; final App Store release checks remain in progress.
